The UW-Green Bay music program hosts a faculty recital this Friday (Oct. 15) spotlighting the clarinet music of Prof. Eric Hansen. He’ll be joined by pianist David Severtson in the free public concert at 7:30 p.m. in Fort Howard Hall of the Weidner Center. The program includes “Four Characteristic Pieces” by William Hurlstone, “Sonata for Clarinet and Piano Op. 167” by Camille Saint-Saëns, “Wings for Solo Clarinet” by Joan Tower, “Sonata for Clarinet and Piano” by Leonard Bernstein and “Hommage a C.M. von Weber” by Béla Kovács.
