Why is the Cofrin Library this year’s No. 1 library in the state? Well, there are a lot of very important and pedagogically significant reasons, of course, and great technological and reference resources there, and a blue-ribbon staff, but it’s more than that. We direct your attention to a photo gallery from last month’s very student open house, the annual Bash in the Stacks. We warn any fussy traditionalists out there to avert your eyes if you think pseudo-sumo wrestling and tricycle races are no way to get new freshmen to visit, stay, enjoy and learn about the library, now matter how successful the event. Great photos.
