Visit England! Cultural Cuisine luncheon Oct. 17 features Stephen Perkins
Reserve your tickets now for what promises to be a thoroughly entertaining presentation by UW-Green Bay’s own Dr. Stephen Perkins on England at noon Friday, Oct. 17. It’s the first Cultural Cuisine luncheon of the academic year. Perkins will offer a slide-illustrated talk about his homeland while you enjoy some of his favorite recipes. (Chicken tikka masala but also the delightfully charming and appetizing-sounding “Toad in the Hole” and “Spotted Dick.”) The cost is $13 for faculty and staff, and $14 for the community and LIR guests.
