Oct. 17 Cultural Cuisine Luncheon to feature Perkins, England, ‘toad’
Curator of Art Stephen Perkins will be the guest speaker when the University Union’s Cultural Cuisine series resumes this fall, from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, in the Phoenix Room. The English Luncheon meal will consist of some of Perkins’ favorite dishes, from ethnic (chicken tikka masala) to old English (the delightfully named “toad in the hole” consisting of sausages in Yorkshire pudding.
