Empty Bowls fundraiser is April 11

The annual Empty Bowls fundraiser hosted by the student organization Art Agency will be held on April 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., just outside of Cloud Commons on the main level of the University Union. Students and faculty at UW-Green Bay will make handmade ceramic bowls, which will then be filled with a choice of chili or soup that has been donated by local restaurants including A’Bravo, Carlton Inn, Kavarna, Kroll’s East, Regatta 220 and Titletown Brewing. For a $10 donation attendees will choose their own handmade bowl, which will be theirs to keep. All of the proceeds from the event this year will be donated to Kingdom Come, a food bank in Oconto Falls.
