You’re Invited! Lunch with an opportunity to learn about women’s heart health

Bring your lunch and learn about women’s heart health on February 15 from 11:30am-1:00pm in the 1965 Room of the University Union.

The Women’s Network Employee Resource Group (ERG) and the UW-Green Bay Wellness Committee are inviting you to a ‘Lunch and Learn’ regarding women’s heart health. February is American Heart Month and National Wear Red Day is Friday, February 3 . Bring your own lunch on Wednesday, February 15 from 11:30am-1:00pm and join us in the 1965 Room of the University Union for a number of events that include:

  • 11:30am-12:00pm: Information resources
  • 12:00pm: Two women (Molly Schroeder and Alumna Paula Fleurant sharing their heart health stories (also streamed via Teams)
  • More networking to follow.

Chartwells will have heart healthy snacks to share along with providing information on healthy eating through our campus dining. Informational resources will include American Heart Association resources, view an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) from University Police, exercise at the Kress, and more.
