The Feb. 6 Cultural Cuisine menu has been released. Don’t miss out on Indian fare featuring subzi, Indian vegetable soup, coconut curry jasmine rice, chicken tikka masala (sliced chicken breast topped with masala gravy), Indian spiced roast salmon (baked salmon topped with cream sauce), vatanyachi bhaji (green peas curry) and chef’s choice dessert. The luncheon is at noon on Feb. 6 in the Phoenix Room of the University Union. Tickets are $10.50 for faculty and staff and $7.50 for students. Community tickets are $11.50. Tickets are available at the University Ticketing desk or online at www.uwgb.edu/tickets. Prof. Christine Style will do a slide presentation from one of her trips abroad to India with UW-Green Bay students.
