Sustainability Office launches new composting program

The UW-Green Bay Sustainability team is offering a free composting program for any faculty or staff who are interested.

The Sustainability team will be distributing compost bins to the shared office spaces of those who sign up. The team created this program to divert food waste from landfills and prevent them from generating a potent greenhouse gas, methane! This program will start sometime early spring semester and continue through the end of the academic year.
