Hand-crafted box is latest 'Laffle' prize

The UW-Green Bay Registrar’s Office continues to collect non-perishable food items for the hungry, and to put together prize packages for its “Laffle” drawing on Dec. 18. For every non-perishable food item donators will receive a ticket to the “Laffle,” which is offering both serious and lighthearted prizes in trying to rally support for a good cause. The latest prize to be offered is a beautiful maple “treasure box,” handcrafted by our own Mike Stearney. Non-perishable food items, and prizes too, can be dropped off in the Registrar’s Office during office hours. For more information contact Eileen Kolb at ext. 2126, or Katrina Hrivnak at ext. 2616.
