Tickets on sale for annual Holiday Luncheon (see menu here)

Tickets are on sale for the Holiday Luncheon which takes place at noon Friday, Dec. 10, at the University Union. (Word is that you should buy your tickets early — at the Union’s ticketing and info desk — as this one always sells out.)  The menu is almost identical to last year’s, except the baker is serving one of her specialty pies instead of red velvet cake.  Cost for faculty and staff is $12. The menu includes carved roasted turkey with gravy, vegetable napoleon, strawberry jello with bananas and whipped cream, waldorf salad, dinner rolls and whipped butter, green bean casserole with french onions, mashed red potatoes, orange cranberry stuffing, and pie.  Beverages are coffee, water, tea and milk.
