Wisconsin is going smoke free July 5, 2010. Are you ready? Have you considered cutting back or quitting smoking cigarettes or chewing tobacco? Have you tried many times before only to start using tobacco again? Don’t be discouraged. Most people try many times before they kick the habit. The Great American Smoke Out is Thursday (Nov. 19). Maybe this is your day? The Wisconsin QuitLine is a great resource for help with cessation. Check it out at www.ctri.wisc.edu/quitline.html. For more information contact the Counseling and Health Center at 465-2380 or see the Smoke Out display in the Garden Café on the 19th.
