Dig in to this Virtual Lunch-n-Learn Series

Stuck at your desk over the lunch hour? Even if you are not able to step away from your desk for some movement, you can still learn about physical activity and exercise through the virtual Lunch-n-Learn series created by UW-Green Bay’s Exercise is Medicine – On Campus team. This is an on-going educational video series that brings you information about the benefits of physical activity, how to be active on campus, and how to build physical activity into your day. Videos are hosted by the EiMOC leadership team and features guests, like Georjeanna Wilson-Doenges, chair of the Psychology Department.
