Deadline approaches for Instructional Development Institute workshop leaders

UW-Green Bay’s Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning and the Instructional Development Council invite applications to lead workshops at the January Instructional Development Institute. The Center provides $125 in compensation for each workshop (compensation will be split between facilitators when there is more than one). Sample topics for sessions may include (but are not limited to):

-Accessibility or universal design
-Growth mindset
-Community-based learning
-Developing community partnerships
-Grant writing
-Learning assessments in large lecture classes
-Inclusive pedagogy
-Transparency in teaching and learning
-Undergraduate research
-Recruitment strategies
-Flipped classrooms
-Capstone experiences
-Student engagement
-Information literacy in a digital age
-Engaging in difficult dialogues
