Brianna Hyslop named manager of The Learning Center

Library Director at UW-Green Bay, Paula Ganyard is pleased to announce Brianna Hyslop as Manager of The Learning Center.

Hyslop comes to UW-Green Bay from Kansas University (Lawrence, KS), where she’s the Senior Associate Director of Writing and Learning. Currently overseeing the Academic Learning Center and the KU Writing Center, Hyslop leads a team of five employees and over 200 student tutors.

Professor Hyslop has a PhD and Masters in English from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in English Literature and Classical Civilizations from North Central College.

I am excited to have Brianna joining us at UW-Green Bay. Her proactive approach to supplemental instruction and tutoring services, with a strong record of collaboration with students, faculty, and staff, will help to advance the Learning Center and support student success. Hyslop will lead the tutoring, academic success coaching, and supplement instruction services provided by the Learning Center when she begins her position on January 3, 2023.
