Here’s a reminder that people should be sending notices in now with any corrections / updates to the printed phone book listings (send via HR’s online interface for individual updates; send to bassettb@uwgb.edu for department updates). Marketing/Communications will issue an update to its printed departmental pages at semester break. The HR online database is continuously updateable.



We repeat here for clarity’s sake the info printed on each phone book page:

— Entries in the individual listings are derived from the Human Resources database of permanent UW-Green Bay employees. For information on non-UW-Green Bay individuals employed on campus (i.e., University Dining Services, UW Credit Union), see the departmental listings. To update your individual campus information, complete the form at http://www.uwgb.edu/hr/documents/forms/EmployeeCampusInformationUpdate.pdf and send to Human Resources. Any changes for individual listings will be reflected in the online directory.

bassettb@uwgb.edu is responsible for manually updating the department pages of the print directory.
