Flu shots are $20 for faculty and staff

Already distributed campuswide but repeated here for the record: The Counseling and Health Center, SS 1400, is offering seasonal influenza vaccine (trivalent) shots to all faculty/staff and students, by appointment only starting Monday, Oct. 19. Set up your appointment by having your campus ID# or Faculty/Staff ID# available — it’s the one on your ID card that starts with 6017200, and they only need the last nine digits — and calling the Center at Ext. 2380. The cost is $15 for students, $20 for employees, payable by cash, check or PassPoints.
