Surplus Sale update: laptops and notebooks


This just in: Surplus laptops/notebooks are now available for sale on the UW SWAP online auction site. (See “Gateway M460 Notebook” near the bottom of the webpage.) The Purchasing department is also offering additional desktop computers that they sell direct or through the SWAP website.  If you missed them the first time around, there are 14 microfilm cabinets now posted on SWAP that may be purchased through the same link above. (Great storage units for small items such as nails, screws, crafts, etc.). They’ll be receiving more laptops and other surplus throughout the year, so check out the website regularly or contact Colby or Al at receiving@uwgb.edu or extension 2215 with any questions.





Please note: If you have a need for a surplus item for use in your department – no need to bid.  “Our priority is to see surplus re-used on campus,” explains Linda Dupuis, director of institutional support.  For more on this policy, please e-mail receiving@uwgb.edu.
