Employee Assistance Program advertises its services

UW-Green Bay’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential, workplace-based program that can assist in the prevention, early identification and resolution of interpersonal and family issues, mental health concerns, alcohol and other drug related problems and other concerns. These issues may be affecting an employee’s sense of well-being or their ability to effectively carry out their work responsibilities. Services are provided by licensed mental health professionals at no cost through the Counseling and Health Center. These services include:

•  Confidential support and short-term consultation and referral for employees and their family
•  Referrals for assessment, diagnosis treatment and other assistance when needed
•  Consultation with supervisors and union stewards on mental health, workplace performanceand/or other issues
