Produce sale today

A small committed group of students worked until dark last night harvesting produce for today’s SLO Food Alliance produce sale. Today’s sale is in the alcove outside the Dean of Students Office, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. For sale today (Thursday, Aug. 18):  Beans, green peppers, okra, beets, Swiss chard, red, white and blue potatoes, onions, eggplant, cherry tomatoes and a few slicing tomatoes, a few cucumbers, summer squash, and garlic.  The students have limited ability to provide change, so small bills are appreciated.
