In the news: Gerds covers new season for Theatre and Dance

WFRV, Channel 5 Critic-at-Large Warren Gerds offered a brief preview to UW-Green Bay Theatre and Dance’s upcoming mainstage season in a posting Monday (July 29) on the station’s website. Audiences can look for the popular musical Avenue Q in November, as well as four other mainstage shows — including the dance concert Danceworks, in its second year as a mainstage performance — during the 2013-14 academic year. Prof. Laura Riddle tells us there also will be two student-directed performances (one each semester) this year, as well as a terrific line-up of guest artists who will enhance the shows and delight audiences.
