Institute for Women’s Leadership summer Lean in Circle

UW-Green Bay’s Institute for Women’s Leadership is starting a Lean In Circle this summer. The Lean in Circle will be facilitated by Nichole La Grow, UW-Green Bay’s Distance Education Coordinator. She has been a part of, and has facilitated other, Lean In Circles. She has appreciated the supportive nature of the circle process and is excited to lead our first circle at the University. A Lean In Circle is a small group of women who meet once a month to support each other and learn new skills. Our Lean In Circle will be a place where we can be unapologetically ambitious, expand our networks, and help each other achieve our goals. At each meeting, we’ll dive into a different topic ranging from identifying our strengths to combating gender bias at work. Lean In has teamed up with leading experts to create videos and activities that will guide our discussions. While we will focus on building our university community, as you become more comfortable with participating in a Lean In Circle, we hope that you will consider becoming a facilitator of a Lean In circle too.

Scheduled sessions for the summer:  June 23, July 21, and August 18 from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm each session
