In conjunction with student “Move-Out” from housing, UW-Green Bay is partnering with Goodwill to collect donations of no longer wanted, but useable items. In addition to pick-ups from various Residence Life locations during finals week, on Wednesday, May 15, all faculty, staff and students are invited to drop off donations at the Goodwill semi parked across from the Community Center. Donations will be gratefully accepted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Not only will you be diverting items from the landfill, you will also be helping to provide Goodwill with the means to operate their programs and services. Donations to Goodwill are sold in local stores and online (and are tax deductible at the time of donation).
