Funeral for Sgt. Atim is Monday

Services are Monday (May 9) for Sgt. Paul Atim. Friends may call at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St., from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Funeral service is 1 p.m. at the funeral home with burial with Full Military Honors to take place afterward at Woodlawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com. Atim was a native of Uganda who took part in International Student Orientation activities at UW-Green Bay in 2005, and attended two semesters before joining the Army in November 2006. He was in his second deployment to Afghanistan when he and two other men were killed in Nimruz Province by an improvised explosive device. He is survived by a child and his mother
