Prof. Martin talks value of anger at Philosophers’ Café

The next-to-last installment of the monthly Philosophers’ Café takes place this week. UW-Green Bay Prof. Ryan Martin of Human Development will hold forth on rage, more specifically, “Harnessing the Adaptive Power of Anger.” Martin suggests that anger, given its ability to fuel behavior, can be harnessed in meaningful and important ways to affect positive and pro-social change. The gathering takes place at Harmony Café, 1660 W. Mason St., from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday (April 12). Free and open to all.
