Kraft plans Monday night ‘Soapbox Talk’ at Kavarna

UW-Green Bay political science Prof. Michael Kraft will give a talk on the relationship between national politics and local politics at 7 p.m. Monday (April 11) at the Kavarna Coffeehouse, 143 N. Broadway. It’s part of the “Soapbox” series of casual talks, presentations, and debates held at Kavarna. The format is simple: a brief talk, a brief question and answer session, and then an opportunity to mingle. Before you know it, you’ve learned something new.
