Caribbean theme at next Cultural Cuisine

Spring break just got extended a day. On April 16, the Cultural Cuisine event in the Phoenix Room will be a Caribbean luncheon. The meal includes Caribbean salad, pork roast Guadeloupe, Caribbean jerk chicken, Caribbean rice and beans, Caribbean corn, baker’s choice dessert and coffee. The lunch is from noon until 1:15 p.m. in the Phoenix Room. Tickets are $7.50 for students, $10.50 for faculty and staff, and $11.50 for the general public. Order tickets online.
