University Union hosts student viewing party for Phoenix in NCAAs

Channel 2 is coming out, and perhaps other media as well, to watch UW-Green Bay students watch their classmates in what ranks with the biggest games in school history. Residence Life is encouraging those students who plan to watch the game to gather tonight (Tuesday, March 23) at the University Union to cheer for the Phoenix women’s basketball team as it takes on Iowa State in the second round of the NCAA tournament. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:30 in Ames, Iowa. It will be broadcast on ESPN2 and ESPN360.com.
