Lecturer, life coach Birr to present final ‘After Thoughts’ of academic year

Life coach and UW-Green Bay Associate Lecturer Jane Birr will deliver the final After Thoughts address of the academic year, Tuesday, April 1, presenting “Hall of Fame Habits: Bridging the Gap from Frustrated to Fit and Free” in the Grand Foyer of the Weidner Center. In her talk, Birr will share key strategies from the goal-setting system she teaches to UW-Green Bay students and community members, encouraging people to pursue their goals with passion, strategy and hard work. The UW-Green Bay alumna is the author of two books, “Just Get It Over With: A 12-Week Jumpstart to Great Health in Body, Mind and Spirit,” and “Hall of Fame Habits — Staying Fit Through the Generations.” The After Thoughts event begins at 5 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres and networking, followed by Birr’s talk at 6 p.m. Cost is $14 per person.
