Softball off to super start

The UW-Green Bay women’s team enjoyed great results at the USF Michele Smith Spring Break Tournament in Clearwater, Fla. The Phoenix wrapped up the weekend with a 3-1 extra-innings win over Connecticut before losing to Purdue, 5-0, to finish the tournament with a record of 5-1. It also improved the team to 8-2 overall this season. Next up for the Phoenix is a pair of games on Tuesday, vs Albany at 10 a.m. and Army at noon, to open the Rebel Spring Games in Tampa. See more.
