A’viands is currently accepting applications for Fighting Phoenix Kitchen Showdown (formerly known as the UWGB Iron Chef Competition). The cooking competition takes four, two-person teams competing against each other to create a three-course meal in 60 minutes. This year, any member of the UW-Green Bay community, including faculty and staff, are eligible to compete. Applications may be picked up at the A’viands Dining Offices located on the first floor of the University Union (next to Digicopy). Application deadline is Friday, March 25. The Fighting Phoenix Kitchen Showdown will take place Thursday, April 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the Leona Cloud Commons, University Union.
