Downtown Food Project survey looks at potential commercial kitchen
A steering committee, which includes representatives from UW-Green Bay, is looking at an initiative to build a local food economy in downtown Green Bay. The Downtown Food Project is looking for public input on a proposed commercial kitchen that would serve as a business incubator for caterer, street cart vendors, farmers and producers of specialty/gourmet food items. The survey is open until Saturday (March 13); click here. For more information about the Downtown Food Project contact Crystal Osman at Downtown Green Bay, Inc. & Olde Main Street, (920) 437-1824.
