Breakout sessions set for LGBTQ Inclusivity Health and Art Fair

Breakout workshop sessions have been finalized for the LGBTQ Health and Art Fair Friday and Saturday, March 8 and 9, on campus.

Friday sessions include SAFEAlly Training; “From the Shadows to the Light: How Collaboration Makes Our Rainbow Shine”; QPR suicide prevention training; “Personal Finance Issues and Workplace Discrimination”; the video “For the Bible Tells Me So” with viewing with discussion; “To Be Christian–What it means to be Affirming”; and “Healthy Relationships.”

Breakout sessions on March 9 are “LGBTQ and Relationship to Drug and Alcohol Addiction”; “Understanding Intersexuality by Steph”; and a viewing of the “Two Spirit” video with discussion with Thomas Lee Eades. Tickets for fundraising dinner — Tickets are available from the Center for the fundraising dinner on Friday night, March 8. Tickets need to be purchased by Monday, March 4, from the American Intercultural Center in UU 150 or from the LGBTQ Center in UU153. Tickets are $30 each.
