Reminder: Phi Kappa Phi collecting donations for Happily Ever After

The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, UW-Green Bay chapter, is now collecting donations for Happily Ever After (HEA) as its community service project. Happily Ever After is a No-Kill Animal Sanctuary with locations in Green Bay and Marion, Wis. The founder of HEA, Amanda Reitz (Elementary Education) ’08, is a UW-Green Bay alumna and will be honored with an Outstanding Recent Alumni Award on Friday, Feb, 28, 2020. Donations to be accepted include food, toys and more for the dogs and cats. These are the items HEA and PKP are collecting:

Dogs

  • Purina Puppy Chow – Natural
  • The Loops 2 Leashes (Fleet Farm)
  • The Almost Indestructible Ball
  • Kong, JW Pet & Tuffy brand toys

Cats

  • Blue Buffalo Grain Free Cat Food – Salmon
  • Friskies Pate (canned)
  • Purina Kitten Chow
  • Purina Cat Chow – Original

General Care

  • Bath towels, blankets and sheets (new and used)
  • Absorbent paper towels
  • Heavy-duty tall kitchen trash bags
  • Heavy-duty contractor bags
  • Clorox regular bleach

**While HEA appreciates the thought, please do not donate anything not included on this list.
