A free self-defense class will be held on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This class provides self-defense awareness strategies and hands-on instruction in several protective techniques. Participants are involved in simulated training exercises to utilize the new skills they have learned. Participants must sign up by email prior to the event and sign a waiver provided at the time of training, prior to participation. Participants must be 18 years or older and are limited to UW-Green Bay students, faculty or staff. The class is limited to 16 participants. To sign up, email Officer Justin Mueller at muellerj@uwgb.edu. You will be notified by email of your acceptance into the training.
