Egg Roll fundraiser

The student organization, Southeast Asian Student Union (SASU), is happy to announce its annual egg roll fundraiser. Egg rolls are traditionally made in Asian cultures for the purpose of family gatherings and special events. They are made with seasoned pork, shredded carrots, onions, cabbage, bean thread and eggs all wrapped in Asian rice paper, then deep fried. SASU is also offering a vegetarian option (same vegetables) with no meat. Egg rolls can be frozen and then warmed in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. The pricing is: one half dozen (6) = $8.00, one dozen (12) = $14.00, two dozen (24) = $25.00, three dozen (36) = $35.00 with sweet and sour dipping sauce available for $.50 per two oz container. Order forms and payment have to be in to the American Intercultural Center (AIC), University Union Room 150, no later than Thursday, February 18, 3 pm. The egg rolls can be picked up on Monday, February 22, in the AIC after 9 am. If you are interested, please e-mail SASU staff adviser, Mai Lo Lee at lom@uwgb.edu – she would be more than happy to e-mail you an order form.
