Monday is parking enforcement day

The Parking Office reminds you that if you are parking on campus you need to have a valid 2011-12 decal displayed in your vehicle by 8 a.m. Monday (Jan. 30). Permits are required in all campus parking lots 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday during the fall and spring semesters. (It’s 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., as well, during the summer, over breaks and between semesters. The only exceptions are the first week of classes of the fall and spring semester, when decal enforcement is suspended to allow everyone time to purchase their parking decal.

Need to buy a permit?
If you have not yet purchased a 2011-12 parking decal for the current academic year, please visit the Bursar’s Office. If on Monday (Jan. 30) you have not purchased a decal, another option is to visit the Parking Office midway up the main entrance boulevard and purchase a daily ($2) or weekly ($8) permit for your vehicle. The Parking Office opens weekdays at 7:30 a.m. and remains open until 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursday, closing at 4 p.m. on Fridays. Students, faculty and staff are not allowed to obtain visitor permits at any point throughout the semester.
