For he’s a jolly good Fellow: Gurung honored

UW-Green Bay Prof. Regan A. R. Gurung has received a prestigious honor from his primary national professional organization. The American Psychological Association’s Board of Directors and Council of Representatives have approved Gurung for Fellow status, in recognition for “outstanding contributions to the teaching of psychology.” Election to Fellow status requires evidence of unusual and outstanding contributions or performance in the field of psychology, with evidence of national impact on the field of psychology. Gurung, a faculty member in Human Development and psychology, is a two-time recipient of the Founders Association Award for Excellence at UW-Green Bay. He was honored for teaching in 2004, and for scholarship in 2007.
