Save the date! UW-Green Bay plans virtual Kwanzaa Celebration, Dec. 5 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Save the Date! Join online for UW-Green Bay’s annual Kwanzaa celebration on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2020 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. This year’s celebration theme is Ujima principle, which stands for Collective Work and Responsibility. Keynote speaker is Corey King, Ph.D. UW-Green Bay’s vice chancellor for Inclusivity and Student Affairs. This event is open to campus and the community. UW-Green Bay students, faculty and staff only can request a Kwanzaa meal and ‘Kwanzaa at Home’ packet to be picked up on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2020 prior to the virtual event. Register by Sunday, Nov. 29. Students/staff/faculty who register after this date cannot request a meal. Co-sponsored by UW-Green Bay Black Student Union (BSU), the Office of Student Life (OSL), and Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs (MESA).
