UW System Associate VP works with UW-Green Bay graduate student

Carleen Vande Zande, UW System associate vice president of Academic Programs and Educational Innovation and board member of Agnesian Health System, recently had the chance to work with a member of UW-Green Bay’s Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Program. Graduate student Kristy Krause asked Vande Zande to be on her MSN project committee along with Kristy’s MSN practicum preceptor, Barabara Knutsen (chief operating officer and AHE/CLW vice president Performance Excellence at Agnesian Health System in Fond du Lac) and MSN Chair, Janet Reilly. Kristy was guided to design, implement, complete and co-publish her master’s capstone project, “Implementing Relationship-Based Care as a Professional Practice Model: Promoting Nurses’ Understanding and Confidence to Apply in Practice in Creative Nursing,” 25(4) in December 2019.
