Title & Total Compensation Project Open Forum – August 13, 2019

The University of Wisconsin System has embarked on a complete redesign of its current classification and compensation structure. The goal of the Title & Total Compensation Project is to modernize the existing title and compensation programs which will, in turn, attract and retain the best talent for the organization. The project is underway and quickly moving towards implementation (anticipated for March, 2020).

Increased activity and communication will be occurring related to this project in fall/winter of 2019. If you are interested in learning about the background and history of the project, current status, and upcoming fall/winter activities, please consider attending the final open forum:
