Chicago film festival to feature documentary about Keifer Sykes

This year’s 24th annual Black Harvest Film Festival features “Chi-Town,” a documentary following UW-Green Bay alumnus and basketball star Keifer Sykes ’15 (Communication) from his senior year of high school to four years of college basketball. The producer, Nick Budabin, met Sykes in Chicago while producing a documentary on Oprah Winfrey. Budabin decided Sykes was an ideal subject for a documentary, and Sykes was interested in following the footsteps of Arthur Agee, who was in the film Hoop Dreams by Steve James.
