Faculty and staff asked to fill out survey about University COVID-19 response

Reminder! UW-Green Bay wants to hear from students, staff, and faculty about the University’s response to COVID-19 and about how you are doing! We are partnering with an outside agency (HEDS) to collect anonymous survey data from employees. The survey will remain open until Friday, May 8 at 11:59 p.m. EST. It only takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. You have to enter a valid email address to enter the portal that allows you to take the survey, but your answers are completely anonymous.
