Feature story: Outstanding Recent Alumna is Red Cross executive

The Outstanding Recent Alumni Award to be presented April 30 recognizes alumni within 15 years of graduation who are making important contributions to their communities and professions. This year the award goes to Jody Weyers ’96, volunteer and communications director for the American Red Cross, Green Bay. Weyers is the spokesperson for the Lakeland Chapter of the American Red Cross and manages 450 volunteers who are registered within the organization in an eight-county area.
