Faculty note: Ortiz presents at International Conference on Hispanic Literatures

Prof. Cristina Ortiz presented “The Politics of Emotion and the Emotional in Politics: an analysis of the text Yoyes, desde su ventana” at the 17^th International Conference on Hispanic Literatures that took place in Merida (Mexico) March 9-11. In addition to her presentation, she moderated a panel discussion on Autobiography and Memoir in Hispanic literature. She obtained GIAR funds to present her research at this conference.
