Retired faculty member Richard Presnell passes away
Retired Faculty member Richard Presnell passed on March 7, 2018. His obituary was not complete at the time of this publication. He was an education professor and retired in 1996. In 1978, he received the Founder’s Award for Excellence in Community Outreach. Malcore (East) Funeral Home is serving the family.
