It’s time to update parking passes

UW-Green Bay requires students, faculty and staff to purchase parking permits if they will park on campus more than five times in a semester. Parking permit fees fund parking lot maintenance, construction and replacement. Public Safety uses a virtual parking permit — information about your vehicle must be entered accurately and match the plate since license plate reader cameras verify the permit was purchased and entered. Vehicles displaying only one license plate must park with the plate facing the travel portion of the parking lot. Failure to purchase a permit, accurately enter a license plate, display the plate to travel lane of the parking lot or to abide by parking restrictions (time restricted, prohibited parking outside stall, in Union Visitor Lot, Fire Lane, Service Vehicle, Handicapped) will result in a parking citation. Students, staff and faculty are not allowed to park in the University Union Visitor Lot, except in the posted 15-minute parking stalls for up to 15 minutes.
