At-home fitness program for UW-Green Bay faculty/staff
April 6 through May 3
How it works:
Complete 120 minutes of physical activity a week for four weeks.
Submit weekly minutes online.
Receive a prize!
Types of physical activity:
- UREC at-home workouts or online live classes
- Other workouts or classes
- Walk/jog outside
- Being active with your kids
- Anything that gets you moving!
