English Students in Professor Jennie Young’s (English, Humanities) creative writing class (ENG 312) have published a number of internet satire pieces this semester! Topics range from Halloween, to fat-shaming, to mocking college football, to the struggles of being an English major. They also presented at this year’s Common CAHSS conference, where they addressed the intersections of truth and humor in digital media. You can see their work here.
