UW-Green Bay to hold faculty horn recital

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay music program will present a faculty horn recital Sunday, March 6, featuring Prof. Michelle McQuade Dewhirst. The free recital will be at 4 p.m. in Fort Howard Hall of the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts and is open to the public.

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay theatre program will present the classic drama Twelve Angry Jurors, later this month. Performances will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 24, 25 and 26 and March 2, 3, 4, and 5 at the Jean Weidner Theatre in the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts on the UW-Green Bay campus, 2420 Nicolet Drive. Tickets for Twelve Angry Jurors are $15 in advance, $18 at the door for adults; $12 in advance, $15 at the door for children and seniors; and $10 for UW-Green Bay students. UW-Green Bay choirs to perform Feb. 25

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Chorale and Concert Choir, conducted by Prof. Randall Meder, will perform at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25 in Cofrin Family Hall of the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts. The program, titled “Cultural Voices: Folk Songs and Spirituals,” will feature performances by UW-Green Bay professors Sarah Meredith Livingston, mezzo-soprano, and Courtney Sherman, soprano.
