UW-Green Bay’s 6:30 Concert Series ‘a very small consortium’ rescheduled for April 2, 2019

Green Bay, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s 6:30 Concert Series event “a very small consortium – An international array of miniature compositions”, which was postponed due to inclement weather, has been rescheduled! The performance will now take place on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 6:30 pm in the Weidner Center’s Fort Howard Hall.  This innovative ensemble consisting of UWGB music faculty and friends performs “miniature morsels of music” that either consist of 100 or fewer notes or last one minute or less. The eclectic repertoire for this concert is drawn from pieces submitted to an annual international call for scores. The concert is free and open to the public.

All 6:30 Concert Series performances:

• Take place in the Weidner Center’s Fort Howard Hall or Cofrin Family Hall
• Begin at 6:30 p.m.
• Last between 60 and 90 minutes
• Are free and open to the public; donations are gladly accepted.

About Fort Howard Hall
Perhaps the most versatile space in the Weidner Center, the 45’ x 54’ 200-seat, theatre-style hall features a beautiful hardwood floor and retractable seating.
